The formal follow-up to his Table For Two project, the Grammy-nominated Lucky Daye has released his sophomore album CandyDrip. “[Three] years ago I released my first studio album for me,” Daye said on an Instagram post. “It was an important turning point in my life. I can never thank you enough but I’m ready for something new.

“CandyDrip focuses mostly on flavors,” he continues, “and the idea of flavors versus Painted, which was about colors. These are a bunch of different flavors of songs, giving you ear candy in different ways.”

Produced by longtime collaborator D’Mile, the 17-song album is led by “NWA” and its title track. Meanwhile, the likes of Lil Durk, Smino, and Chiiild are featured throughout. Stream Candy Drip below.
