The follow-up to and his first full-length project since 2020’s ADHD, Joyner Lucas has revealed that his sophomore album Not Now, I’m Busy will arrive sometime in 2023. The news followed the reveal that Joyner would be starring alongside actor Mark Wahlberg in an upcoming untitled film, making his acting debut, set for release in 2023-2024.

Lucas has shared the first focus track from Not Now, I’m Busy, “Devil’s Work Part 2.” The sequel to his 2019 song, the single sees Joyner reimagining a world where he can reverse celebrity deaths (Kobe Bryant, Pop Smoke), eliminate social justice issues (George Floyd, Brittney Griner), and overturn pop culture tragedies (Will Smith and Chris Rock).
