In his latest trolling session, 50 Cent posts a few photos of Lil Meech sleeping in a wheelchair and suggests the former BMF actor is on drugs.

50 Cent Thinks Lil Meech Is on Drugs and Cracks Jokes About It

50 Cent took a brief break from promoting his Roku TV channel on Tuesday (April 1) to add fuel to the flame amid his current beef with Black Mafia Family’s Big Meech and his son, Lil Meech. 50 hit up his ever-spiteful Instagram account to post photos of Lil Meech sleeping in a wheelchair. The implication is that Lil Meech is battling drug addiction. Fif also included Amy Winehouse’s “Rehab” as the post’s soundtrack to add insult to injury.

“Damn this is BAD,” 50 Cent captioned the photo below as Meech is seen passed out in the wheelchair. “You believe me now! Oh Now you want to believe me OK.”

Fif later added his frequent foes, Floyd Mayweather Jr. and Rick Ross into the fray, suggesting they should get Lil Meech some help.

“HELP,” 50 typed alongside a photo of Lil Meech, Mayweather and Rozay. “Help him out you guys knew what you were doing. You used him and now you’re not gonna be there for him. SMH.”

50 Cent Claims He Sent Lil Meech to Rehab in the Past

50 Cent’s attempt to expose Lil Meech follows his recent claims that he sent the actor to a rehab center during Meech’s time portraying his father on Fif’s BMF series. While explaining that, in his opinion, Big Meech wasn’t comfortable with 50 befriending Lil Meech, the rapper-TV producer accused Big Meech of ignoring his son’s alleged drug use.

“I think he was uncomfortable with me and MeMe’s [Lil Meech] relationship,” 50 Cent posted via IG this past February. “I’m telling MeMe I don’t want him doing drugs. He telling he use to do X like it’s cool … People don’t know I had to send MeMe to rehab Russell Hornsby peeped he was high as f**k on set.”
