It’s been *checks calendar* five years since Ab-Soul released an album (2017’s Do What Thou Wilt), but the laid back sniper of the TDE crew is officially ready to rock again. With one post from the Top Dawg Ent IG page and we’re back in business: “Album done,” the caption reads.

After pre-heating the over last month with “Moonshooter,” Soulo removes the shades to share a collection of thoughts on a new song called “Do Better.” Backed by some Zacari vocals, the introspective record finds Soulo emerging from the darkness as he strives to improve in all aspects of life.

Released with a matching video, directed by Omar Jones, the song can be heard below.
