Diddy is being accused in yet another lawsuit of forcing a male photographer to perform oral sex.

New Lawsuit Accuses Diddy of Forcing Man to Perform Oral Sex or Else

On Wednesday (March 26), Sean “Diddy” Combs was slapped with a new sexual battery lawsuit that was filed in New York State Supreme Court. According to Deadline, the plaintiff is a male photographer only identified in the suit as John Doe. In extremely graphic detail, the man describes a scenario in which Diddy demanded fellatio from the otherwise heterosexual photographer or his “career would be over.”

The lawsuit states that in late 2022 or early 2023, the photographer met with Diddy on the set of a commercial shoot. While inside Puff’s trailer, the man alleges that the disgraced entertainment mogul propositioned him in a way that made the plaintiff feel as though he didn’t have a choice.

“If you s*ck it right, I’ll make your career take off,” Diddy allegedly told the victim, according to the lawsuit.

The lawsuit also states, “the implication was clear, also, that if John Doe did not perform oral sex on Combs to his satisfaction, his career would be over.” Diddy then allegedly demanded that after the dastardly deed was complete, the photographer should carry “semen in his mouth like a squirrel.”

John Doe claims he then went back to work on the commercial shoot “grappling not only with the trauma of the situation, but with the knowledge that he had Combs’ semen on and inside of his body.”

In light of the heavy accusations, Diddy’s team has provided XXL with the following statement on his behalf.

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed—especially by individuals who refuse to put their own names behind their claims—it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone—man or woman, adult or minor. We live in a world where anyone can file a lawsuit for any reason. Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

Diddy Faces 47 Civil Lawsuits as He Awaits Federal Criminal Trial

The photographer’s wildly depictive lawsuit is just the latest among dozens of other sexual assault and abuse accusations handed down against Diddy over the past 18 months. Diddy is currently locked up in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center as he awaits trial on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. His trial is set to begin on May 12.
