French Montana Ends Interview Over Diddy Question

On April 24, digital creator Joe Analoro ran into French at Los Angeles International Airport. In the video of the encounter, which can be seen below, Joe starts off by asking the Bronx rapper about the upcoming 2025 Met Gala. French is cordial at first, answering questions about his attire at the past Met Galas he’s attended. Joe then switches subjects.

“I have to ask. This year has been crazy. Did you talk to Diddy at all?” he questions.

French immediately walks away with his security guard in tow while saying, “Come on, man.” As they are going their separate ways, French’s bodyguard yells out to Joe, “Don’t put that last part.”

Diddy’s Sex Trafficking Trial Draws Closer

As a friend of Diddy and former Bad Boy artist, French Montana remaining mum about Diddy’s legal issues isn’t too surprising, though how he handled the situation was a bit strange. The embattled music mogul is a week away from jury selection in his sex crimes trial, where he has been charged with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution. Last week, it was revealed that Diddy turned down a plea deal in the case. The details of the proposed plea offer were not released.

Jury selection in the trial is scheduled to start on May 5, with opening arguements expected to begin on May 12. Diddy’s legal team was hoping to get the trial pushed back to July. However, a judge denied the request during a pre-trial conference last week.
