Meek Mill, Kevin Hart, and Fanatics’ Michael Rubin have announced they will donate $7M to needy students in the Philadelphia area. The cause also helps households with internet connections.

A month after the “Season of Giving” event Meek Mill teamed up with Kevin Hart and Michael Rubin to provide $7M to 60 parochial and private schools for Philadelphia students of low-income households for the school calendar year of 2023-2024.

The funds will provide families with laptops and tablets that have WiFi connections. This marks the latest donation that the “Going Bad” rapper has made alongside Rubin. Their efforts with Reform Alliance which has donated $17M in total in years prior.

This past Christmas Eve, Meek also paid the bail for 20 Philadelphia women. This allowed the women to reunite with their families for the holidays.

Ludacris is another rapper who has recently found ways to give back to local students in his hometown. The Ludacris Foundation teamed up with Mercedes Benz to hand out shoes to over 1,200 children.
