Recently, SOHH took the opportunity to interview The Mysterious Benedict Society’s cast about their time working on the show, music that would most relate to their respective characters, and more fun tidbits.
Seth Carr, who plays George “Sticky” Washington on the show, is most well-known as the young Erik Killmonger (Michael B. Jordan) in the 2018 Marvel blockbuster Black Panther.
According to Carr, the artists who most reflect Sticky’s personality are Drake, Lil Baby, and Jack Harlow.
During the sit-down, another cast member, Marta Kessler, who plays Constance, weighed in on Halle Bailey’s casting in the live-action adaptation of The Little Mermaid and recent efforts by Disney to promote diversity and inclusion.
“I really like the actress they picked. I think it’s the perfect choice to make the Little Mermaid like that.”
Mystic Inscho, the lead actor who plays Reynie Muldoon, also shared his thoughts.
“I really like the choice of more diverse casting. I’m half-Asian, so I would like to see more Asian roles in film and TV.”
The second season of the Mysterious Benedict Society is set to be released on October 26, only on Disney +.
