It goes without saying, Rich Gang without Rich Homie Quan is not “really” Rich Gang. Granted, Quan and Young Thug have since fallen out and the chances of them reuniting musically is extremely slim, but still.

Either way, Birdman and Thugger are still pushing the group forward, having released their latest single “Blue Emerald.” The song is, actually, a precursor to a possible album from Rich Gang. “This is what y’all have been waiting for,” Birdman says. “Me and Thugger are back together, and ‘Blue Emerald’ is just the beginning. This is the next era of Rich Gang. It starts now.”
